Easy Dinner Recipe – Baked Artichoke Dip Recipe

At times serving finger food in dinner is quite an interesting twist for your family. They not just enjoy the food but it’s create that party mood or the game-day mood instantly. One of the simplest recipe to go for is dip and dippers. I personally enjoy plenty of dip recipes but for winters, it is always baked, creamy and hot dips I like more.

Baked artichoke dip recipe is one of my favorite recipe to go for. In fact, you can make this recipe even for parties and get together. Everyone just love this recipe made with artichokes, leek, cheese and creams. Yum!

It’s an irresistible appetizer loved by all. Serve it with tortilla chips, or with sliced soft and crusty baguette. It’s completely a win-win recipe for all. Another awesome recipe is Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip in fact why don’t you try this amazing pizza recipe with this dip, it’s completely divine. Anyways let’s not waste any time further and start cooking.

This recipe can make up to 3 cups
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients –
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup low-fat Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream or you can try healthier version of sour cream here
  • 1 package Knorr Leek recipe mix
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
Method –
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Bake it for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese melts and its bubbly. Serve with your favorite dippers.

This is a super simple recipe, instead of leak recipe mix you can add fresh chopped leek too. For the spinach artichoke dip, simply add some fresh baby spinach. If you want to have some Italian flavors add mozzarella cheese instead of Swiss cheese and also add some mixed herbs or oregano to season this dip recipe. And if you want to try the Mexican flavors then add monetary jack cheese instead of Swiss cheese and stir in ¼ cup chopped cilantro, ½ teaspoon ground cumin and hot pepper sauce to taste to make it spicy and zingy.

I hope you will like these tips and recipe, if you have any query or suggestion, please write it to me. One thing more, you can make mini pizza for your kids with this baked artichoke dip, just add the toppings of your kids choice and let them enjoy these treats! Have a wonder dinner. Take care!

Love
Sylvia
