Chicken Corn Soup: Easy Soup Recipe For Winter

The chicken soup recipe is favorite among my family members. Especially during winters, a bowl of hot soup is very much desired as it is a substantial dish and gives you enough nutrition. The soup is very much hearty with no fat content in it. Also corn which is added to it makes the chicken soup quite nutritious and healthy.  It can be made with the packed herbs which are rich in flavors, nutrient rich veggies and little bit of butter which makes it thick and creamy, this chicken soup will really be quite healthy and filling. It is not necessary that the soup should be creamy and rich in texture however it should be satisfying though.

My choice of healthier winter soup recipes include vegetable soup, chicken soup and other more easy soup which are better healthier options in comparison to various traditional soup recipes.

The chicken soups are considered America’s classic comfort food during the winter months. It can be made with the addition of many other ingredients such as traditional veggies, noodles and other flavorful stocks. I believe that the chicken soups are quite easy to prepare when you don’t have any idea about what to cook immediately. These soups can be readily prepared and then kept in fridge and later warmed up in microwave before serving.

The combination of cream corn and also richness of butter adds unique taste to the chicken soup.

And the best part it can be customized in a way you want it.

This recipe is a perfect way to use leftover in the refrigerator; you can use leftover vegetables, chicken or salami with some ham and peas. This recipe also calls for eggs, so you can say it’s somewhat like a quiche recipe cooked in a skillet pan without any pastry shells. Eggs actually helps the pasta to bind together and give a form to a pie. If you want, you can even bake this recipe in an oven proof baking pan.

This recipe is one of my favorite weekend dinner meal. There is no rocket science in this recipe, just put the ingredients you want and cook over the skillet pan. Turn upside down and later cut into wedges to serve. You can serve this recipe with tangy sauce or gravy if you want. It taste great with Bolognese sauce too. That beefy sauce blends with the cheesy elbow macaroni quite perfectly.

Tip – Serve hot.

Anyways without wasting any time further, let’s jot down the ingredients and later the procedure to cook this simple recipe –
